The vibration platform’s powerful 600 W motor has an amplitude of 12 mm, which corresponds to maximum 12 vibrations per second.  The vibration platform works with oscillating vibrations which have the advantage of adapting to your movements, providing a more holistic conditioning effect.

You can adjust the settings of the vibrating exercise platform and read values such as speed and time burned using the LED display and intuitive user interface. Choose from 180 speeds and three training programmes for your individual needs. You can connect an MP3 player or smartphone to the integrated 3.5 mm audio jack in order to play your favourite motivational music over the two speakers.

You can optimally perform all exercises on the 53 x 37 cm training surface with non-slip rubber mat. With the two stretchy fitness bands, you can also complete an effective workout for your upper body while the vibration platform shakes your legs, abdomen and buttocks into shape.
