i) Read the instructions leaflet and watch the instructions video before proceeding.

ii) Handle the warmed guard with care as it can be prone to accidental deformation if not careful.

iii) Respect the timings specified for a good experience.

iv) Remould guard as many time as needed to get a good fit.
