Why do you need a daylight lamp?

When the days get shorter and shorter in autumn and winter and we spend more time indoors, light deficiency symptoms (= winter depression) can occur. The symptoms of such winter depression can be imbalance, difficulty concentrating, and lack of energy and drive. Without enough daylight, melatonin production in the body increases, serotonin levels drop and bodily functions shut down. The Human Centric Lighting principle
