Directions

Adults (over 12 years): 10 to 20 drops to be taken in water half an hour before retiring, repeat dose if necessary. Daytime adult doses of 10-15 drops in water 3 times daily are used for general nervousness. Children: to be used under the guidance of a medical practitioner.
