WARNINGS:

Do not overheat the heated neck wrap. Follow instructions closely as overheating may cause damage to the heat pack.

Always place the heat pad on a clean surface eg. Plate/bowl as the wrap will otherwise absorb unwanted oil/grease from the microwave turn-table carousel, which may result in fabric burn.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Hot Therapy: Place the wrap on a freshly cleaned surface inside the microwave eg. Clean plate. Heat for 30-second intervals, check the temperature of your pack each time by removing from the microwave. Repeat until the desired temperature is reached. The wrap should feel warm to touch, not uncomfortably hot.

(TIP: it is normal for your neck wrap to give off some moisture when heated. It is this moist heat that delivers the soothing warmth. You should replace this lost moisture every 10 heating cycles by adding a small cup of water to the microwave when heating?

Cold Therapy
