Fortitude Sports Mini Yoga Ball is a high quality, durable, inflatable 25cm soft exercise ball made with eco-friendly PVC that is anti-burst, easy to inflate, non-slip and highly versatile. You can use it at home for core workouts or physio exercises or you can take it to the gym for yoga or pilates classes. It’s a great small fitness ball for building a strong core, to build balance/stability or for physical therapy exercises

Our soft mini pilates ball is convenient and portable, it easily deflates and fits into a bag to take to the gym or when travelling. Our mini workout ball comes with its own inflation straw and stopper, which makes it easy to inflate or deflate whenever you need to.

Instructions For Inflation:

1) Remove plastic plug/stopper from the inflation hole in the gym ball.
2) Insert the straw supplied into the inflation hole.
3) Blow into the straw to inflate as required.
4) Remove the straw and very quickly re-insert the plastic plug.

Some air will escape as you switch between removing the straw and re-inserting the plastic plug, so that part does need to be done swiftly.
