The spring bar is an economical and easy tool to carry with you since it has a fairly small length. It is therefore very useful to train the bibs, and not only, in any place you are. Some of the exercises we will see are at least as effective as those done with expensive and bulky machines that are commonly found in the gym. Bar-Pull with the Power Twister The bar pull with the spring bar is one of the best exercises to keep your pectorals in training as well as the upper back and shoulder muscles. Hold the bar at the handles, then raise it over your head and then bend your elbows so that you bring the tool behind your head. At this point, to bring your elbows in front of you, join together the ends of the bar so that they meet behind your head. Hold the position for three seconds before slowly release the tension. Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions of bar-pull.

At this point, to bring the elbows in front of you, join together the ends of the bar so that they meet behind the head. Hold the position for three seconds before slowly release the voltage. Perform 3 x 10 repetitions of bar-pull.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FOLDING DOWN – They provide for a bar grip in front of them, but with your palms facing down. Turn your wrists and slightly flex your elbows so as to effectively push down with both hands and try to bring the ends of the power twister as close as possible. Hold the bend for three to four seconds before returning to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
