The deep padded backrest can be easily adjusted to 4 different positions (flat and 3 incline), so you can focus on exercising different muscle groups. A removable, height adjustable leg attachment with high density protective pads lets you perform a number of exercises such as back leg curls and individual leg extensions. The V-fit STB/09-2 Folding Weight Training Bench also comes with removable pec-dec attachments with high-density foam pads for butterfly exercises.
