It offers decline, flat and 2 incline positions and lets you strengthen your legs with a padded leg developer that can hold a maximum load of 30kg (66lbs). The heavy-duty uprights are height-adjustable from 81cm (32”) to 112cm (44”), and there is a plate holder for standard 1” (2.54cm) weight plates. The bench is perfect for a wide variety of exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, bicep curl, leg extension and leg curl. Once you’re done, you can easily fold the weight bench up for space-efficient storage.

EASILY ADJUSTABLE BACKREST: The SX200 has an adjustable 4-position backrest with decline, flat and 2 incline positions, whilst the 50mm (1.9”) thick padding in the seat and backrest ensures comfort and support during workouts.
