Bulk Glycine is a powdered form of Glycine that can easily be added to water or to increase the Glycine content of other shakes. Glycine is the most abundant amino acid in the body; it is also involved in the transmission of chemical signals. It is a non-essential amino acid and can be obtained from the diet via foods such as meat and fish.

Indications

Too much Glycine has actually been shown cause fatigue! On this basis we would suggest sticking to the suggested serving size of 1.0g – 2.0g twice daily.

Glycine.

May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites

Directions

Mix 2.5 scoops (approximately 2g) with 50ml water, ideally on an empty stomach. The optimal times to supplement with Glycine are pre-workout and before bed.
