Directions for use*: Take 2 capsules daily with the main meal. Children over 12: Take 1 capsule daily with the main meal. Children under 12: As recommended by your doctor or healthcare practitioner. Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Candéa is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we would always suggest consulting your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement. Why does my Bio-Kult have dark specks? The live bacteria are naturally ‘speckled’ in colour, and this may be seen in a Bio-Kult capsule. If darker specks cannot be seen, it does not mean there is no probiotic bacteria in your capsule – it just means there is not a gathering of bacteria in one area of the capsule. Don’t live bacterial cultures need to be kept in the fridge? As with all Bio-Kult products, there is no need to refrigerate and they can be stored at room temperature.
