Bender Ball

The Bender Ball allows you to work your core in ways you can’t do with standard crunches or large exercise balls. Bender Balls can be inflated to 8
To inflate the Ball, Remove the ball inflation straws and plug from packaging, unfold the Bender Ball and insert straw into the inflation hole. Using your mouth inflate to desired level, the ball should be about 5-9 inches in diametre, do not over inflate the ball or use an air compressor. Remove the infaltion straw and quickly cover the hole with your thumb. then slide the plug under your thumb and insert into the hole. make sure to press to press the plug all the way nto the Ball.
