Our Health4All Boswellia Serrata capsule provides 2800mg of Boswellia (from 6:1 extract standardised to 65% boswellic acids).
The resin from boswellia trees contains several natural compounds including volatile oils, chemicals called terpenoids and some sugars. One of the terpenoids in boswellia resin is boswellic acid with strong anti-inflammatory properties.
Suggested use is two capsules daily – dosage supported by clinical trials to ensure effectiveness yet avoid adverse effects. Beneficial effects can be observed after only 1 week of supplementation.
