Vitamin A plays a role in the cell specialisation, contributes to a normal energy and iron metabolism and is able to support the maintenance of normal vision. It also has positive properties for the skin, muscous membranes and the immune system.

Recommended intake (for adults):
1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of water.

Note: Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
